WS-Addressing 1.0 Core [1] section 2.5  say that endpoint references are
extensible and talks about extension elements and attribute. Section 2.2 
shows how that works and provides a framework and syntax for it in the 
Infoset representation. It is not clear how one would go about extending 
the Information Model for EPRs and what extension elements and attribute 
mean in that context.
