Section 3: 2nd paragraph after property list states:

  'To allow these "anonymous" endpoints to initiate message exchange 
  patterns and receive replies, ... "

The anonymous URI can be used for more purposes than just replies, for
instance, e.g. faults.

Suggest appending "and other messages" as follows:

  'To allow these "anonymous" endpoints to initiate message exchange 
  patterns and receive replies and other messages, ... "
