Hi Jonathan,
the WS-Addressing WG has decided to accept your proposal, identified as LC17 [1], with some modification. The WG agreed on the following text:

"To allow these anonymous endpoints to send and receive messages..."

We hope this resolution is satisfactory, if not, please respond within two weeks.
