essentially does this:
```
pc.addTrack(...)
pc.addTrack(...)
pc.getReceivers().forEach(...)
```
Firefox returns an empty array of receivers at this point. Chrome 59 (after addStream) returns an empty array as well.
Is the example wrong or the implementations?
