so previously I assumed that this would hold:
- call SRD with some 'a=msid:stream track'
- get a ontrack with track.id = 'track'
However, it does not hold if the receiver called addTrack before calling setRemoteDescription which causes a RTPReceiver to be creating with a random track id which is then used in ontrack.

I'm going to remove the wpt test which made that assertion. *sigh*
