Thanks for the information. We've been doing some work to make the infrastructure of the site more robust. Unfortunately, this has the side effect of causing temporary instability. One main aspect of the work is to reduce the numbers and occurrences of 500 and 503 errors. You should be able to access the page now (loads fine for me).

Please do let us know when you see any issues in the future, though a better place to communicate with the team is on IRC [1]; you can get more immediate responses there.
