Re: Talk sub-domain and chat page.

Hi, Garbee:

Please let me know if any of this is incorrect:

 1. Forums is down, due to technical difficulties. When we can put it back into production is unknown. So we won't be supporting an accessibility forum there as we previously discussed until further notice.
 2. We currently do not have IRC web chat functionality on this site.
 3. Since there's no forums and not web chat, for now, we're going to take down talk.webplatform.org altogether.
 4. Since there's no talk.webplatform.org, we should also remove the global nav "Discussion" from everywhere:
    *   Www
    *   Docs
    *   Blog
    *   Project

Thanks.

The talk sub-domain no longer has a reason to stick around. The only thing hosted there is the defunct chat page. I think we should simply turn off the talk subdomain and move the chat page (with improvements [1]) to the primary www domain. This will reduce the sub-domains that need to be maintained and simplify management.

Any issues going down this road?
