Re: JavaScript page naming, round B

Thanks, Max! A couple of things:
1. I would think we do want to doc 5.1.[1]
2. Can we put the hierarchy as you've been working it out[2] directly in the
document. That way, the reviewers we are lining up can get it all from one
page.
