Documented current infrastructure usage

Hello everybody,

I wanted to advise that I spent some time last week to create a new Wiki analysis document [0].

The goal of the document was to assess the difference of usage versus the allocated resources.

I also created a new namespace within 'WPD:Infrastructure/analysis' where we can publish detailed reports and various analysis documents related to the system architecture.

It is separated in 3 parts:
1. Summarize the current and planned usage after the refractor
2. Describe the current architecture
3. Pre-analysis to prepare requirements for a 'Refactored' infrastructure
