review on text-emphasis properties

Hey guys,

i just ended editing the text-emphasis properties.

[1] : added three examples, one published on code.webplatform.org. I 've
also changed the Desktop Compatibility table. I 've tested the gists on the
latest Chrome, Opera, Firefox, IE and those were the results.

[2] : edit the Desktop Compatibility table.

[3] : added two examples and edit the Desktop Compatibility table.


I look forward for your review. Let me know if i did anything stupid. :P

At last i noticed that [4] property is missing. Shall i add it?
