Proposal: creation of a WebID json-ld context, as a CG work item

This proposal is simply whether to create a JSON-LD context for WebIDs

This suggestion brought up here:
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webid/2022Jan/0012.html

The use case would be that it could be used in examples helping publishers
deploy WebIDs more easily

This thread is not primarily about how, or where that should be done.  Just
whether or not it should be a work item

I think it's fairly uncontroversial, but feel free to ACK / NACK / comment
