Hash Discussion Overview II - the return

As mentioned earlier, I put up a new page of arguments for the Hash
URI discussion we had previously here:

http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/webid/wiki/WebID_Definition/hash2

I removed all the arguments that had been seriously criticised 
(including a lot I put up myself in section 1 ), and also
the sections Against - which made reading this confrontational.
Those arguments tended just to be the inverses of the positive arguments.

If you feel that there is an argument missing please, contact me
with it, so I can see if the argument is not already there, and
add it. Or you can of course bring it up here.

Of course if you find that none of your key arguments are
missing you are welcome +1 here.
