Zoom call reminder and agenda for Tuesday, March 16th

We will have our weekly call tomorrow (Tuesday, March 16th) at our
regularly scheduled time (9 am PDT / noon EDT / 16:00 UTC) [1].

Proposed agenda topics:

1.       Review proposed updates to sparse bit set encoding. [2];

2.    Discuss allowing extra codepoints to be specified by the page
author[3]

3.       AOB (agenda+ items are welcome).


Reminder, the call is scheduled according to US time zones, so has been
affected by the switch to daylight savings time. If your time zone has not
switched to daylight savings yet the meeting time will have changed.
