Hello working group, During the conference call yesterday, the group reached consensus on the location, date and time for our upcoming in person meeting in Amsterdam :::: Overview :::: Date: Friday, October 11th Time: 12:00PM for lunch (optional), 1:00PM meeting begins (both GMT+01:00 Amsterdam) Location: Google Amsterdam, Claude Debussylaan 34, 1082 MD Amsterdam Map: http://goo.gl/o5tAEP (with directions from the conference hotel to the Office) :::: Details :::: The Google Amsterdam office is delighted to host the W3C working group meeting, and to offer lunch, espressos, snacks and WiFi for all of us! We have reserved two rooms for the meeting, one from 1-4PM, and another from 5-8PM (as needed). Due to earlier scheduled meetings, we would need to take a short break between 4-5PM (espresso time!). It's quite possible however, that we could finish by 4:00PM. For remote participants, we will setup a Google Hangout. If you send me your Gmail (w/ G+) account in advance, we could add you to the meeting. The office is ~ 30 minutes by tram from the conference hotel and ~ 10 minutes from the airport. Please try and arrive a few minutes early in the lobby to create a visitors badge, and then we can head to lunch together. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in Amsterdam! Thank you, David (on behalf of the entire team) PS: If you have any questions, please just email me.
