Touch Events test assertions

Hi all,

Per my action item (ACTION-90
http://www.w3.org/2010/webevents/track/actions/90), I've created a wiki page
on test assertions for the TE v1 spec at
http://www.w3.org/2010/webevents/wiki/TestAssertions.

The current list covers most everything I can think of in terms of verifying
the correctness of various touch and event objects. The triggers and
interactions of events might still need some work. I've also listed in a
TODO section the areas that I have not touched upon at all.

Feedback is most welcomed. Better yet, feel free to add to or made
corrections on the wiki.
