Sure, works for me. Of course I'm not sure if others want to review as well, but maybe if we don't hear back from anyone by say Tuesday next week or when you're done (whichever is later) I can just go ahead and merge it in.

Ok, cool,  thanks, glad u like it,  I'll look at the travis issues.

there is an open remaining comment of yours regarding credential definition which we're still working through in the PR comments -- I am hoping we can resolve this today or tomorrow, i can push to the branch and then we can merge to master --  WDYT?

I made one more small suggestion regarding section titles. Other than
that, Travis CI is complaining that the document isn't valid markdown
due to whitespace issues. Would you please take a look?
