issues with latest bikeshed

I noticed this week that when attempting to use cloud-based bikeshed..

..that it barfs on our present index.bs file.

I reported this and requested help here..

please note that we should not update the bikeshed our travisCI integration uses until this is resolved because it may break our auto-spec-rendering IIUC...
