Bjoern,

 The group had consensus at TPAC 2014 to transition CSP 1 to a WG Note when
CSP 2 reached CR as no implementer wants continued support of the 1.0
behavior in the few edge cases where the two specs incompatible or 1.0 is
simply underspecified.
