Naming things: CSP 1.1 -> CSP level 2?

I'm in the process of compiling a high-level list of changes from CSP 1.0
to the 1.1 draft. There are more than several. And one or two
backwards-incompatible changes.

I'd be more comfortable if the version number reflected that; I don't
really think this is a +0.1 set of changes.

Would the WG be comfortable bumping to "level 2" rather than "1.1"?
