https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=24699 Bug ID: 24699 Summary: Reconsider -primary and -secondary orientations Product: WebAppsWG Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Screen Orientation Assignee: mounir@lamouri.fr Reporter: mounir@lamouri.fr QA Contact: public-webapps-bugzilla@w3.org CC: mike@w3.org, public-webapps@w3.org The relation between primary and secondary is currently based on the angle between both. We might want to change it to be less strict. -primary could be the preferred orientation of that type. For example, on a phone, landscape-primary would be the landscape orientation the user prefer (for a right-handed user, likely 90 degree anti-clockwise and 90 degree clockwise for a left-handed person). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
