Hi, Here is a stronger counter argument: SQL is a language like JavaScript is a language. Different browsers use different JavaScript engines (with JIT compilers and optimisers). Some engines run some code faster than others. Are we thinking about standardising the JIT compiler's optimiser? Cheers, Keean.
