Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Web NFC (#461)

We're proposing to close this issue, noting that the debate is going on elsehwere at this point regarding some of the privacy and permissions issues of the API.  The API itself seems sound from a design perspective and I note that the authors have been responsive to TAG requests to expand the [threats](https://w3c.github.io/web-nfc/#threats) section under Security & Privacy.
