Re: [w3c/ServiceWorker] ServiceWorker, ServiceWorkerRegistration should be moved out of "Client Context" section (#1427)

I'm wrong because service workers are supposed to be service worker clients. So they can be considered both an Execution Context and a Client Context.

Still it may be worth adding a note that no browsers expose navigator.serviceWorker to Workers (as far as I know).
