Re: [manifest] Defined identiy based on manifest URL (closes #272) (27cdbb5)

It's partially useless - but it does make a recommendation about what to use as the identifier. Search engines can still find apps based on the presence of a manifest and by associating the data in the manifest with the application (exactly as web browsers do it).
