Re: [manifest] Defined identiy based on manifest URL (closes #272) (27cdbb5)

This brings back the issues I had with the identity in the first place:
* The UAs and OS'es will already be able to identify an app without this text.
* If the identity is OS/UA based, will it not make it hard for search engines to find and distinguish installable apps? Or at least - it will not make things easier.

So, all in all, this text is useless.
