I haven't done any change. It seems that for some reason you couldn't
see my comments, This must have been a bug in google docs (actually I
lost my comments once so I had to write them again).

Please check again and see if you can see them now. If not, I've
attached a word version (but I prefer if we do the discussion on the
google doc, so check that first)

let's not work on the html version until we  have the final text.
Otherwise we only waste time.
