Example of repetition of navigational mechanisms in the same page (SC 3.23)

Dear all,
At the end of today's meeting Shadi asked me why I was proposing to change
the scope of SC 3.2.3 so it also applies to single web pages. And I have
said that I will provide examples.

Attached is a Word document with such an example, taken from Moodle (UPM
installation). Hopefully it will be useful for further discussion.
