[WCAG2ICT] Minutes for the 27 February meeting

Hi all,

Today we worked more on the explainer and started work on the analysis for SC language changes. Additionally we talked about the current AG WG pre-CfC review of the Mobile Task Force’s draft of Guidance on Applying WCAG 2 to Mobile. The Task Force wants to ask the Mobile TF to help us identify the places where their guidance is counter to the more generalized guidance in WCAG2ICT so we can begin focusing on where there could be changes in the future to either align or merge the guidance from their document into the WCAG2ICT update.
