RE: Example of repetition of navigational mechanisms in the same page (SC 3.23)

Thanks, Loïc!

First of all, I’m not sure that these controls meet the definition of navigational mechanism because they don’t take you to a different place on the same page.

Secondly, in this example the top controls were consistent with the bottom controls -- does it occur commonly that the controls are inconsistent when they should be consistent (emphasizing that there is often good reason for controls above a table/content to be different to controls after the table/content)?

Best,
  Shadi

Dear all,
At the end of today's meeting Shadi asked me why I was proposing to change the scope of SC 3.2.3 so it also applies to single web pages. And I have said that I will provide examples.

Attached is a Word document with such an example, taken from Moodle (UPM installation). Hopefully it will be useful for further discussion.

Best regards,
Loïc
