[WCAG2ICT] Agenda for the 27 February meeting

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 27 February at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Get close to completing the “Explainer” content so we can decide where this information should be published. Make progress on filling in the analysis spreadsheet.
