WAI interface elements: French translation

Hi WAI translators,

Please find enclosed the translation to French of the WAI website interface elements, as per Shawn's request.

NOTES:

* 'Contributor': gender-neutral does not exist in FR so far and spellings are still being discussed by the general public to try and find out how to do it, for female contributor use 'Contributrice :' for the moment. Plural is always male in French.
* 'Reviewer': same remark as 'Contributor'. If the female form is needed, 'Relectrice' must be used.
* 'Search': I was perplexed with this one as it's either a verb ('search' as in 'launch a search') or a noun (as in 'the action of searching'). From what I see here: https://github.com/w3c/wai-website-data/blob/master/translations.yml Eric translated with a noun, so I did the same ('recherche')
* 'Translator': same remark. Female form is 'Traductrice'.
