1. Review Open Action Items

2. Issue-129 Remove Coordination Groups<http://www.w3.org/community/w3process/track/issues/129>
Discussion with Judy Brewer
Should the Process Document include a discussion of "coordination" (and an escalation path when it does not occur)?

3. Issue-140: The description of the Team in Section 2.2 of the process document is out of date<http://www.w3.org/community/w3process/track/issues/140>
See thread beginning with:
which has the discussion of the text Chaals proposed for Section 2.2

The open topic is doing the updates to other sections that are implied by the removal of text from section 2.2.
And, the issue of delegation of the CEO's responsibilities, those previously given to the COO and Chair.

4. Issue-144: Chairs are asking for clarification for Wide Review<http://www.w3.org/community/w3process/track/issues/144>
>From http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-w3process/2014Nov/0130.html

Item 3. Change the initial phrase of the second sentence of the paragraph, "the Director will consider who has been explicitly offered a reasonable opportunity to review the document," to "the Director will consider who has been explicitly offered a reasonable opportunity to review the document, when those offers were made,"
