While surveys of this type are easy to compile, they risk failing to gather
the information that's really useful. I'd suggest adding at least one or
two open ended questions, such as these:
1. Do you know of a current activity that might benefit from finding a
host?
2. Do you think the W3C would be an appropriate host?
3. If not, what would W3C need to provide or change?
