Public website/open source library to verify an open badges 3.0 verifiable credential

Is there a public website / open source library that I can use to simply paste an  openbadges 3.0  verifiable credential (a json-ld string) to verify it ?

Even one that simply verifies a VC conforming to VC Data model 1.1 is fine. Any pointers appreciated.
