Thanks to all who responded to this Call for Consensus. The review period has ended. There were 2 responses in support, no responses against. Also, when this was discussed at the prior TTWG call, the sentiment was positive. I declare that we have consensus to enable streamlined publishing for WebVTT and publish a new CRD.
