TPWG at TPAC... Proposed meetings included

Hi TPWG Team,

as discussed earlier, I would like to visit TPAC, advertise our results,
and rally supporters.

My current proposed plans (if Wendy can make this happen) would be:
 - Tuesday PM, 20 Sept: Informal meeting of TPWG members that are at TPAC
    (informal means: We will discuss but any potential decisions will be
reconfirmed in our next TPWG call).
- Wednesday AM, 21 Sept: Breakout session on implementing TPE/TCS.

Any feedback is welcome. If nobody objects by Wednesday, i would go
ahead and book my flights (early registration of TPAC ends Friday Sept 02).
