Not all plan to attend TPAC; and of those that are attending, not all are sending people who are versed in the upcoming laws in Europe. I say this because in previous TPWG calls, it was represented that DNT might become more of an imperative based on evolving European law in 18 months. Deadline for registration is 2 September [1].
