Subject: fyi: EU participants: Telco may be 1h earlier this week

Hi European peers,

Germany is no longer on summer time while the US continues summer time
for another week.

This means that our W3C telco (being US-scheduled) is 1h earlier on
October 30 (at least in Germany it starts at 5pm instead of 6pm).
I expect that the same may hold for other countries, too.

Regards,
matthias
