Colleagues, After chatting with a number of participants, there seems to be some confusion about this afternoon's discussion of browser user interface. If I understood correctly, there appeared to be a fair amount of comfort with a high-level requirement that browsers inform users about Do Not Track in conjunction with a setting. I don't believe we were so close on fine-grained details about user interface, browser extensions, or the ability to ignore a syntactically valid "DNT: 1" signal. If others had differing impressions, by all means please share. Best, Jonathan
