I confirm by this email that the appeal is not proceeding. At the time that Peter shared this update with the Working Group and subsequently as of the end of the W3C Advisory Committee comment period today, less than five percent of the Advisory Committee membership had supported the appeal. Therefore the decision of the Director to extend the Tracking Protection Working Group until 30 April 2014 stands as announced on February 12.
