Hi Peter,

Thanks for doing this, and for the time you've spent on reviewing the objections/preparing the Memorandum.

I discussed on last week the "orthogonal" issue of the Service Provider definition.  Is there a reason why that is not being addressed (or have the amendments Roy and I have submitted, Roy to Peter's proposal and me to the DAA's been accepted by the editors)?

If you intend to join the phone call, you must either associate your

comfortable with the Zakim IRC syntax for associating your phone number,

eliminate) the time spent on the call identifying phone numbers. Note
that if your number is not identified and you do not respond to
