Good Morning Peter - Thanks for taking the time to draft this document. Can you clarify whether this is a working group decision or a chair/W3C decision? Your document refers to it as the former. However, a group decision would seem to suggest that working group member votes were tallied, but I donıt see that reflected. Similarly, a number of working group members objected to both proposals, but I don't see that sentiment reflected in your decision document either. If you can provide some additional details, I'd appreciate it.
