Colleagues:

Due to a family health matter, I cannot come to Boston next week.  But we are still committed to securing an effective DNT spec via the WC3.  I also know that several other NGO colleagues also have conflicts next week.

We will be monitoring the proceeding and look forward to continuing efforts by the group.
