Here are some answers that a user-agent or intermediary probably should be able to get from the response header: * is this a non-trackable request by its nature (i.e. something that is not, or could never be, tracked, such as a cacheable object)? * do you think you are operating under 1st party or 3rd party rules? * what DNT status do you believe you are operating under? -- DNT:1 -- DNT:1 with an out-of-band opt-in -- DNT:0 * are you, or might you be, tracking this request, because of an -- opt-in of some kind? -- exception of some kind?
