We are debating terminology before we have figured out content. This seems highly backward. We will have a better time of it when we know what we are creating. But, I do understand we are not _just_ talking about terms here. The next revision of the agenda will add discussions of tracking v. cross-site tracking to the discussion block for first and third parties. This way we do not change times out from under people who have made travel plans. After we have a decision on first and third parties, as Ed insightfully pointed out, we should be able to get resolution on terms more easily. Aleecia
