Cleaned up minutes are available: http://www.w3.org/2011/10/12-dnt-minutes A quick logistical note: it would be nice to keep track of attendance on these calls. If you're on IRC and the phone, you can inform Zakim which number is yours ("Zakim, aazz is npdoty"). If you're not on IRC, it would be great if you could introduce yourself with your country code and area code so that we know who's on the call. And if you see your phone number in the Present section on the minutes, let me know and I can replace it with your name/username.
