I wasn't saying creating another repo URL, I meant installing a second instance of Tobie's code for handling PR notifications to run against the existing csswg repo until the migration is complete (if Tobie didn't want to refactor his code or set up a second instance for us himself). Without having seen the code I presume that the contributors wouldn't see a difference. Peter
