Libby and Bernard send regrets. Ralph, do we need to do anything further to reserve Zakim, or can we just dial in to the usual number and IRC channel? Now that the default assumption is that the note will be more tightly scoped on "RDF vocabularies" [1], I have written individually to everyone who signed onto the TF when its scope was broader to ask whether they are still interested in participating in this more specific task. I have had several positive and one negative response and am waiting to hear from three people; unless there are objections, I will by default take a lack of response as a negative response.
