If you pick up the latest version as circulated on Sat AM our time, the diagrams are improved. I just didn't have access to the better tools during the few days running up to and during the major event we were putting on.

PS - I'll look at the later comments later.  My guess is that what we should do is issue a working draft, and update the draft if the comments are substantive.
