An addition to the list of goals below: (5) Guidelines for encoding multilingual concept schemes ... ... or something along those lines. N.B. This would have a dependency on the work on thesaurus mapping. See: http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/Europe/reports/thes/8.3/ ... for some initial ideas on multilinguality (although watch out as RDF/XML examples use deprecated SKOS vocab features and usage style).
